Facts you might need to know about Playford Village Hall
Anyone who hires the hall is responsible for ensuring that the following conditions are complied with under the Hall's Public Entertainment Licence:-
The number of persons in the hall at any one time shall not exceed:
All dancing or standing
210
All seated at tables 105
Mixed table and dancing 140
All seated for a concert 140 (Only 7 chairs on each side of the gangway )
The number of stewards on duty must be 2 adults stewards for up to 100 persons and a further steward for each additional 50 more people.
Additional stewards are required if the audience is mostly under 16 or there are many disabled people present.
Hall size
Main Hall 48 feet by 20 feet - 14.75 meters by 6.1 meters
Small Conference Room 25 feet by 12 feet - 7.6 meters by 3.7 meters
Committee Room 11 feet by 11 feet - 3.5 meters by 3.5 meters

4 Medium Round 152 cm Diameter - seating six people
15 Rectangular tables 150 cm x 75 cm - seating six or possible eight people
