Rates
There is a booking deposit of £25 to be paid within one week
of making a booking to guarantee confirmation of the booking.
The balance must be paid no later than four weeks before the event
There is also a £50 Deposit to be added to final payment for the breakage and damage deposit
Hourly Rates
Main Hall - £25
Small Hall and Conference Room - £15
Main Hall, Small Hall & Conference Room - £30
Half and Full Day Hiring
Half day is 4 hours starting from 8.00 am till 12.00 pm or 1.00 pm till 5.00 pm
with no extra allowance for setting up or closing down
Full day is from 8.00 am till 5.00 pm
with no extra allowance for setting up or closing down
Small hall
£60 for half a day
£120 for full day this would be for 9 hours - so one hour free
Main Hall
£70 for half a day
£140 for full day as above
Entire hall
£80 for half a day
£160 for full day as above
Weekend Hire
Any bookings made for Saturday and/or Sunday will be for the entire hall.
We do NOT hire seperate rooms at the weekend.
Other Charges
Access to Facilities (Toilets) Only - £10
Access to Facilities (Toilets) and Kitchen Only - £12
Wedding Weekend £450
Hire of AV Equipment £50 plus £100 deposit
